Magnifique,certaines explications sont, pour moi, difficiles à comprendre mais j'adhère vraiment. Cela fait deux mois que je suis vos conseils, je me sens bien. Un recueil de menus sur la semaine pour matin midi et soir serait le bienvenu pour un bon démarrage.
